Teams are the first and most valuable investment in a startup. The people that solve problems and detect market opportunities are the ones that make innovation happen. This is inevitably linked to the success of a newly found business. Still many founders do not seem to realize this when starting up a company. Most young entrepreneurs are rather focussing on product development instead of team building. That creates a vacuum and a team culture can very often not develop.
I had the chance to support a collaboration between Pioniergarage e.V., Entrepreneurs Pforzheim e.V. and Startup Gate e.V. to create a video podcast that creates awareness for the importance of teams within the startup scene. The video series was organized by students at the KIT, University of Pforzheim and the TU Kaiserslautern.
The series is composed of three parts that focus around the topics of team building, leadership and team culture. Supported by excellent speakers, the podcasts cover a vast array of knowledge and deep personal insights into startup teams.
With Co-Founder Space I am supporting startups and founders to build great teams. This is done in workshops and via online coachings. We get the right people in touch and help to build up knowledge and awareness around startup teams.
