The KOMPASS is a yearly meeting of Gründermagnet members. It takes place on various locations and is hosted by a member club. In 2019 the meeting was organized by Aachener Entrepreneurship Team.
The event was joined by more than 40 representatives of clubs all across Germany and Austria. During three days the participants had the opportunity to join workshops and exchange ideas regarding the work with student entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs Pforzheim e.V. is supporting Gründermagnet and the KOMPASS 2019. The event also hosted a brief Co-Founder Workshop that was moderated by Sascha Rudolph.
